RimWorld

The colony simulation game built around story generation. Biotech

This mega-expansion adds babies and baby care, child-raising and development, and a system for gene-modding with over 200 genes to play with. The world is populated with new gene-modded factions, including the secret society of immortal blood-drinkers. In addition, you can become a mechanitor to control mechanoids and defeat ancient super-mechanoid bosses for their technology. Lots of new mechanoids and related infrastructure are available to build, and there is a new pollution system to manage when using mechanoids or settling in polluted areas.
